CLASS OPTIONS - Select Class To See Description

  • 2016-05-03 08.13.29MaxBURN (ages 16 and up) is an hour long session fusing cardio and strength. Tone your entire body while building strength and increasing your cardiovascular health.
     
    This session works for all fitness levels.

  • MaxHIIT (ages 16 and up) Tabata style high intensity interval training. This session runs approximately 35 minutes and is made up of mostly dynamic cardio moves such as burpees, mountain climbers, box jumps, short sprints etc…
     
    This session is for advanced fitness levels that want to shred fat and keep your metabolism stoked for hours!
  • Small Group Personal Training
     
    Simply the best value in town. Small groups meet 3x per week and are approximately one hour.
     
    You will work closely with one of our professional trainers with a custom program created just for you to obtain your specific goals. Make your own group or let us put you in a group. What are you
    waiting for? Be the best version of yourself!

Work one on one with one of our professional trainers and let’s obtain your goals together with a smart science based program designed just for you.

    Not everyone wants to join a group class or work with a trainer and
    that is why we created open gym. Come slam medicine balls and battle ropes, push the weighted sleds all over our 60′ x 60′ area of turf, swing kettlebells or practice your Olympic lifts on our platforms. Want to flip a tire? We have those too. Your time, your terms, your program. Do work!
